Keycode Reset
Enter your FAMILY name (your DAUGHTER’S last name if different from your own) and your family email address.
An email will be sent to this address with a new, temporary keycode. Click on the link in the email and log in with your Family Name and this temporary keycode.
Once you are logged in, you should change the keycode to one you can remember using the "Reset Keycode" button on the Family Edit page.
